Stable high ping in Singapore realm - WinMTR attached

The game is not playable with high ping. Can we at least get GGG support to confirm whether the problem is on our side or the server side. I just want to play the game I enjoy and not waste time troubleshooting for no reason. Also, I am missing the gauntlet event it's not playable with constant stable high pings.
