Essence craft map option not there

Sorry for this noob question, but the option for Essence when starting a map does not show up for me. I'm doing red maps right now.
I've been trying to Google this with no success. Last bumped on Sep 29, 2024, 10:00:55 AM

To unlock Essence, Breach, Expedition and Harvest map crafting options, you have to complete 65 atlas bonus objectives.
