Instance Crash

While farming gold in titanic-strat Glacier, my instance just crashed (portals disappeared, 30k+ gold and inventory gone, map about half cleared).

The only unusual thing I did, compared to other times where everything was smooth, was that I activated Crimson Ore encounter and left it to rush to the boss while I had a lot of HH buffs. When I came back to the Crimson Ore, the whole instance crashed.

Client.txt has a warning right before the instance crash, but it doesn't seem to be relevant.
