Instance Crash after finding my first reflecting mist

Found my first reflecting mist then did a ritual afterward selected a unique from the nameless seer then the game froze, then went to login screen. Afterward everything in my inventory was gone and the portals are missing. looks like a full reroll back.

Looks like my fibre internet dropped out and swapped to wireless 4G, this changed the ip address. Guessing this is the cause for the instance reroll back, even thought i was logged into the game through steam.
