Starfall Craters interfere with Blight Encounters

If a Starfall Crater spawns within a blight encounter mobs cannot path through it, nor can the mobs that do spawn in areas overlapping with the Starfall Crater be damaged by the player, towers, or any area effects in the area.

Also, the towers that spawn in overlapping areas cannot be upgraded.
