60% Max res, visual bug or game bug

my game since yesterday is showing my resists as 60 even tho im not using any item that removes max res, if i put res flasks with mageblood it goes up to 65, anyone has experiencied that ? i restarted my game several times already restarted even the pc but didnt change, link for the image: https://ibb.co/SP6xpns

I cant quite tell because im on mobile but im betting that militant faith gives you the transcendence keystone which reduces max ele res by 15.

Nailed it. The militant faith jewel socketed has transformed your keystone node to give you -15% max resists.
