QoL: Premium to Quad tab conversion for PoE 2

@GGG,
I know this has come up many times and the status quo response has been, there's too many problems to solve and the tech isn't there yet; this may be a good opportunity to do this for a fresh economy in 'early access' and poe 2 standard'. 2024-2025 now, are we any closer to having a solution for early adopters and long time players who bought mass amount of premium tabs(before quads were a thing) to be able to convert them to a single quad tab? I don't have many premium non quads myself but I bet there would be many people willing to trade 4 or even more (so at a loss for space in the end) just to have quad tabs if they like them more and get rid of the smaller ones.

They wouldn't need to convert, just make 4 premium tabs remove only and recieve a brand spanking new quad tab for it.
