PLS Help with This !

I know this might sound like noob 101....but ive been trying on every site i can find on google about poe...a list of notables / passives (whatever they are callled) for MEDIUM cluster jewels ONLY...for example : Septic Spells (i have no ideea of others cause i cant find a list ofc)

It does not show the correct ones....one of them says antivenom is for mediums, its not, its for small ones. craft of exile says uncompromising, again its for samll ones....what is up with theese ? why isnt there an ez mode to search for the ones that can spawn on mediums...so i know what to search for on trade site.

nvm found them....so annoying to search info about poe...ggg should make all info available within game about evertything possible....
