This bug strikes again, but now its permanent

I invited a player to trade, and then it stuck in my party forever. Any options like "leave current party" and others didnt work and just reply "the party does not exist". I know, that is easylly can be fixed, you just have to reset seed, but its literally impossible for me, cause this happens in Rogue Harbour, which, for some reason, NEVER resets. So, im stuck in party for 3 days and have no idea how to fix this, cant invite anyone while in in Rogue Harbour. I dont have any idea how to fix this.
