Kingsmarch Shipment

So i sent a 50million value shipment this morning. After a little while, i noticed timer wasnt going down. I doubled checked status (at sea). Now its been 1 hour even thought it is supposed to take like 31 minutes. I wonder, am i the only one with this issue? (ive been stacking up crops like crazy to get nice currency rewards but now seems like i aint getting anything haha :/ )
