Crafting Problems

Hi There! It's my first time ever I report a bug In PoE so let's make a try.

Recently I bought a Amethyst Ring Fractured with Non-Channelling skills have # to total mana cost. I started put Essences on it and after I was happy go continue crafting, It had Empty Prefixes and 1 Empty Suffix, when i Put the ring in my crafting bench All mods are red and says Item Has no space for more crafted mods. pls help?
