All my mappers are bugged

I have 3 sets of mappers and today for some reason they stopped working, i place the maps i click to make them start mapping and all the portals pop up like normal, except there is an empty space instead of timer that shows the remaining time to finish the map.
That happens in all of my 3 mapper teams and i´ve tried stopping them and removing the maps and it keeps happening again.
