Ruthless SSF - How to get Void Manipulation Support ?

Sup guys?
Im trying to get the Gem "Void Manipulation Support" but just cant. https://pathofexile.fandom.com/wiki/Void_Manipulation_Support Its says, on the game Wiki, that this gem can be acquired by completing the quest "The Caged Brute" on Act 1 (https://pathofexile.fandom.com/wiki/The_Caged_Brute), but I have already made it 3 times and I just dont receive the option to get this gem as reward. Firstly, the fandom wiki is outdated and not updated. Secondly, on ruthless you do not get gems as a reward for quests.
