There is this archived thread https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3447128 , suprisingly it didn't attract GGG's attention.
So here i'm asking GGG to inform players if/when this gets fixed. I'm sure there is no need to explain why abovementioned body armor is bad for the gamebalance. While this bugged armor can be mirrored thus anyone theoretically has access to it (unless the original's owner stops playing PoE), the best item to be used with it is That Which Was Taken Crimson jewel with "3% of Armour applies to Fire, Cold and Lightning Damage taken from Hits" modifier. This jewel is legacy, and in the end, while the majority of top 10% in Standard will be using the bugged body armor, there is no way everyone can have TWWT Crimson jewel, making the whole bugged armor thing even more unfair for the playerbase. Don't get me wrong, i do acknowledge that something gamebreaking that appread through a game's bug should not exist and i'm not only worried about TWWT being a legacy item. It's just that anyone who plays standard, at certain point will come to a conclusion that the only way to be competitive in general activities is to play with the bugged chest. But in the end of a day, since GGG is silent for so long, i'd like to also use this bugged item. And to do so, i really need to hear from GGG when/if this item gets fixed. I don't have enough currency to risk getting the item fixed in the near future (happened to me few times, can't rely on anything in Standard). Can we get just few words from GGG's official please. I can't decide if i want to buy Lightning Strike MTX or if i can fearlessly buy the bugged chest and use other skills on different builds. | |

This chest has been around for years and GGG has never posted about it so dont expect anything now. They didnt delete it with the last round of bugged items we had recently (six link one handers among other things) so it seems like they are leaving this alone for some reason.
