Crashing to desktop no error followed by crashing on game startup

I have been having an issue for about a week or so which has gotten much worse recently. I will open the game and run a map and then the game will close to desktop without error. This is then followed by the game instantly crashing when opened or crashing during loading to character select.

I have tried to fix this in every way possible for example reinstalling the game, trying steam version, changing sound channels, updating drivers or trying older drivers, changing launch options and basically any other fix I have seen on forums. The game is nearly unplayable at this point for me and any information would be great!

Specs:
GPU: 4080 super
CPU: Intel I9-14900kf
Ram: 64GB
and 2 TB ssd

I know its a POE issue due to no other game crashing or dropping frames.

I just got the issue. It seems it was due to an old item filters which has been outdated.

Just opened the item filters list on the POE website and deleted it (there was a little error symbol next to it).
