I dont know if you would consider Icenova Archmage a true one-button build (have the option to drop sigil of power/frost shield and to arcanist brand bosses) but at this point in league i can just stand in the center and smash ice nova. Frost blink out of it if it gets too nuts, repeat.

righteous fire chieftain...things explode and die while you move...with that new ring that gives penance mark you dont even need to use fire trap anymore.
