Best way to spawn bandit lord and admiral. Need advice

What kind of shipments is better to send? Is it better just spam minimum value shipments or fewer with maximum possible value? Do crew ranks affect spawn rate? Should I do maximum risk?
Does quantity/mods on a map affect bandit lord spawn chance? Or I can just spam white maps?

Risk does not affect boss spawns, pretty sure nothing else does either. Frequency is the trick. Run all 3 map devices and ships. I get both all pretty often (very annoying).

I run T16 maps, but the ships are 2 verisium, 2 dust, to ribenfel using a single level 3+ sailor. Doesn't seem to affect the chances of encounter.

Admiral: There was a reddit post analyzing it. The result was to run as many ships as possible. Distance and load have no effect.

Bandit Lord: Dont know. Also would like to know if white maps work or not...

I only ever encountered the bandit lord with rare t16's

I had one mapping device and got Sasan three or four times, but it was on t16 rare maps.

As for admiral - run ships as often as you can.

Got 1x Bandit Lord after ~70 rare T16 maps.

Didnt get a Bandit Lord after ~170 T1-T3 maps, most of them rare.

60+ shipments total for past few day. No admiral.

Try to send two ships with rather low cargo and one with bigger and longer road.

But it is RNG after all.
