So have they fixed the crash while fighting for your laborer's yet?

Finally happened. In the middle of the bandit fight. Game crashes. Now everything is locked down. The only option is "abandon". Can't use any of my mapers at this point. Its utter and complete BULL @#$@. I've never lost a fight ALL LEAUGE LONG. I play RF...I CANNOT BE KILLED by any of the bosses. Yet if you crash during the fight and it throws you out your screwed.

Is there a fix for this? I haven't "abandoned" yet.
