Gem flipping bug

Hi there! I have problem flipping gems at lvl 20 to lvl 1 + 20q. Some of the gems ware ok , but most of them , kust sell for id scrols. What to do ?

Was changed in 3.23. Only support gems can be flipped with vendor recipe. Active skill gems you must use lab or GCP to raise the quality.
