Why have you been ignoring the problem for 4 years?

I'm talking about one of the bosses of the Harvest League.

It's been 4 years(!), and it's still broken.

In the first stage he can chase you endlessly, but he is not going to move to the second stage.
But even if you are lucky and he has moved to the second stage, then there is a chance that he will break down again and will just endlessly spawn mobs around him:

I absolutely do not understand why you have ignored such an important issue for so many years?

For what its worth, they have been aware of harvest bosses not transitioning for a while now and I have noticed some improvements lately.
Bosses still do some annoying long phases especially the vivid one but usually he does phase right after it in most situations.
I have heard some people say they might get stuck if you are too close to walls maybe due to lack of space for the second phase where they summon monsters, maybe that helps?

I did not see this in their list of known problems, they have been deliberately ignoring this problem for 4 years now.
