game freezing on loading screen

For the past week I've been freezing on load screens and having to restart my PC. I've tried reinstalling the game, rolling back the NVIDIA driver and swapping from DX 12 to DX11 and Vulcan.

Anyone got some advice?

Processor AMD Ryzen 5 5600 6-Core Processor 3.50 GHz
Installed RAM 32.0 GB
Graphics Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060

Hello, i had the same issue, it turned out to be Windows 11 build 24H2, downgrading to 23H2 fixed the issue. Apparently 24H2 is not PoE-Ready yet.
