What currency would it be to try to add "recover 5% of life when you block" to a shield?

Incorrect question. For this mod you need a shield with Shaper or Warlord influence. And the mod on this shield can be obtained with any currency (alt, aug, regal, alch, chaos, ex, essence, fossil, etc.).

If you have influenced shield (shaper) you can use horticrafting device (from Harvest) and for purple thing you can spam "life mod" untill you have one.
