Need support, died in HC SSF and now many NPCs are missing

Hello,
I died in HC SSF and now many NPCs like Jun and Johan are missing, If I reset game or Hideout, they are still missing. They are also not available in the editing in decorations. The info there says that I have to encounter them, I tried to on all acts but they are also not there. I also tried to do the epiloge, but they are also not there. After death on hc ssf the character is sent to standard ssf. When migrating only the character, his progress is not transferred. And if you have not played on standard ssf before, you will have to complete quests to unlock the npc. As far as I remember, Jun (Syndicate encounter) first appears in the Vastiri Desert in Act 9 (if this has not been changed with recent changes to the acts). Johan is league content and is not in the standard league.

I am pretty sure, that if u die in SSF HC Settlers, you are moved to SSF Settlers.
Because my stash fits with those that are in SSF Settlers. | |

If you die in a HC Settlers league, you get sent to Standard. You wouldn't have gone from HC SSF Settlers to SSF Settlers.
