Instances this leage have high ping

I have been playing POE over the last two years over the same internet connection and with the same laptop. This league is the only league where the Instances in the singapore server are at a stable 150 to 200 ping. This does not make any sense. i used to get 30 to 60 ping before. Every 10 to 15 instances i will get a good instance which has 30 ping. Game is somewhat unplayable for me. Please help me fix this problem.
