Stuck in loading screen after choose Character

Why is my path of exile always stuck in the loading screen? The specs of my laptop are enough for this game, and this morning I set my laptop to top performance, but the game always stuck in the loading screen after logging in and choosing the character.

I had the same issue.

The loading screen freezes when I choose the character and try to load it into the town.

POE is unplayable now.

Are these new issues that just started or has this been a problem for a while?

Try DX12 if your game is set to DX11

Win 11 24H2 with the combination of new GPU drivers are problematic. (566.03 & 565.90)

Roll back to 23H2 and to Nvidia 561.09

Windows has been recently auto updating GPU drivers. This can be disabled in group policy.. Google this
