SP server failed to connect to instance

I have no idea why this problem is happening. I tried to restart my modem, restart my PC, reinstall the game, and clear the cache, but nothing solves it. I am not on Wi-Fi. It started today only for me. It seems to be more frequent from the initial login or if I try to teleport.

this was temporarily fixed by using exitlag. probably isp fault.
