All Ears achievement Act 6 dialogue not counting?

Me and my friend have made characters specifically to run through and get the "all ears" achievement and we have been going off this wiki page below

we have been very thoroughly going through and every time a new dialogue comes up we double check our achievement progress in discord.

we were finishing up act 5 and had 297 / 484 before sailing to act 6 we were sure of it

we talked to everyone in town in act 6 and went to confirm our numbers and we were 1 off what we were supposed to be (316/484 instead of 317/484)

we talked to everyone a few times to make sure and then confirmed that each dialogue was listed, and they were but one of them wasnt counting towards the achievement.

im almost certain one of the dialogue options in the act 6 town isint contributing to the achievement like it should be, and iv seen posts around about this achievement missing one part but not knowing why.

we are going to continue playing as we dont have a ton of time to play together nowadays but if we can know if we are dumb and just missed something or something is legitimately wrong and possibly get it retroactively fixed? i would be eternally grateful

i tried contacting support and they couldnt help me

do you have your own excel file to record which dialogues you have, instead of just rely on in-game counter and wiki?

i made this quick and dirty spreadsheet but it was mostly copy paste from the wiki with some notes so we didn't mess something up. i was kinda relying on the wiki because from my research it seemed to be the most up to date list.

It may better work in Standard league then in temp league
