Cant see/receive global chat messages on Xbox

Hi there,
Around two months ago my global chat suddenly stopped working. I can see few messages on trade chat but absolutely nothing on global chat. If I type on global chat myself I can see my message appear. So the global chat button is on. I did a factory reset, checked my privacy settings on Xbox , change global chat to different numbers. Nothing helped. Please help!
