Xbox not receiving same divine all flames as pc?

Xbox didn't get the same divine option as pc in the last hour rotation. Would like to know if it's supposed to be that way or was a bug.

https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-forum/715 At least in PC Trade vs PC SSF, similar past events with rotational buffs had different options between them. Most of the rotations match pc to xbox but some aren't matching up. Kind of sucks console players miss out on divine rotations.
