vk::PhysicalDEvice::createDeviceUnique: ErrorFeatureNoPresent

after update and rollback getting vk::PhysicalDEvice::createDeviceUnique: ErrorFeatureNoPresent error on both steam and ggg ive also tried teh dx11 launch option on steam with no solutions i also dont have or at least see the config folder to delete the vulkin settinmg in game
