Catarina is broken?

I run syndicate eatlyer in league and have +- chance to drop vailed orb 25%, but now I run 31 catarina (lvl 83) and have only 2 orbs (6.5%)

In first try it was 1 to 14
In second try 1 to 13
and in therd I run 4 with 0 and don't understand what is happend

I have filter, ban or how does it happen?

The boss drops flask +-12-13, helmet, 3 staff per 31 tryes, and only 2 orbs...

+ with 4+ mln kills have 0 mirrors or shards dropd
