Randomly crashing

Just playing the game, either stand in hideout or mapping or whatever.
It doesn't matter what I do, after some random time it crashes the client. Had this 2 times in 1 and a half hours. Log file says this: 2024/11/20 11:31:04 526031359 e0a9b589 [CRIT Client 17976] [D3D12] swap_chain->Present() failed Exile 4 life. It just keeps on crashing, same error every time.

I have the exact same experience. The game runs fine for about 45 minutes and then will crash to desktop. Same error, anyone have a suggested fix/workaround?
