Make skill gems also droppable in PoE 2 outside of uncut skill gems

It would feel good to randomly find a 5 socket skill gem that could make you feel like starting a new build or change your strategy. It would make early game more fun. You'd learn more about skill gems. Right now you just pick what you need. Currently it looks like you can only get uncut skill gems which let you pick. There could be a random uncut skill gem that gives you a random skill gem which could be more common than regular uncut skill gem. Ruthless and SSF is all about having things randomly come together, so i think it's important to have this for these modes.
