Can't check my profile in PoB in any way

So since the new account change came out i cannot check out mine or anyone's character and i don't even have my profile private, sessionid doesn't work as well, i don't know if this space is appropriate to report a PoB problem because its either PoB sided or PoE sided.
If it's somehow PoE sided please try to fix this, i don't want to make any blind upgrades to my build thanks.

You have to include the discrimator after the account name to import from an account. So, for your account for example, you would import from the account robert2003#7731

Make sure that your PoB is updated for this as well.
