Purchased POE2 in steam but can't access to my email how can get the key?? please help. someone tell me to check in message box. - i checked. it does not have any new message. thank you. *now 25/11/2024, i already have a key in message box. Hi! Bought PoE2 King of the Faridun Supporter Pack on steam, nothing from the purchase is available in PoE1: mtx, points, nothing. I also didnt get a KEY here in the account administration under "Path of Exile 2 Early Access". Also, the purchase is not listed in "View transactions". Same as op here, I can't access my old email (poe account is from 2014) and I cant change emails becouse it requires access to old email acc to confirm change. I did the same thing through steam. The POE website says my account hasn't purchased the pre-order. No email from Steam for any code or anything yet for POE2 so maybe you don't need it? Unless Steam is just really slow at emailing you a code for it. emailed support for clarification or to see if I have a issue.. it's been 6 years since i last checked, but they usually send a message on the forums including the key (last 2 beta's) Ancestral Bond. Please note that the threshold is the same for all countries and does not take regional prices into account. How will I know if my lifetime purchases meet the threshold? You can check your past purchases by visiting Your Account on the website and selecting, "Account transactions." Your valid purchases will include any purchase that was made with dollars instead of points. Points keys that were redeemed on your account will not contribute to this total. A lot of people have been emailing customer support to ask if they meet the threshold. We'd prefer if you could wait until the Early Access begins and see if you're immediately invited, and then contact support if you didn't get an invite but you believe your lifetime support exceeds $480 USD.
