Loading screen freezing

Hello, after selecting a character and clicking the "Play" button, the game starts downloading to the location, after which the game freezes completely. Reinstalling, clearing the cache, checking files, updating drivers, changing DX11 to DX12 and Vulcan, changing the server, creating a new character and lowering settings do not help. Before that, the game worked fine and there were no performance problems.
Computer Specifications:
OS: Windows 10 Pro Update 22H2
CPU: AMD Risen 5 4600H with Radeon Graphics 3.00GHz
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 Ti 6 Gb
RAM: 16 GB

The game was downloaded from Steam. I did not set any launch parameters.

UPD1: tried to disable multi-thread processing - it helped me 1 time, but after this everything is back as it was
UPD2: next day it fixes after i switch between DX11 and DX12 and update NVidia driver and roll it back, it helps. Switching multi-thread processing don't affect on performance. It finally working! Maybe it will help someone. Sorry for my english btw :_)

This same problem is happening to me. It locks within 2 seconds of loading to the location. This is relatively new - I've been playing PoE for 5+ years with no difficulty.

EDIT: Never mind - I moved to DirectX 12 and it fixed the problem for me, as indicated in the original post.
