Early access key

So I purchased a POE 2 Early Access pack and I went to the early access section and found a ton of keys. I tried to use them on my account and they wouldn't work. The steam one did to be clear. My question is...

Does my account automatically have Early Access or am I doing something wrong? Whenever I try to enter a code it says the code won't work on my account. Are these codes meant for friends?

Afaik if you already have access to Early Access you won't be able to use any extra EA codes. Saw some people giving them to friends or giving away. I am not 100% sure though about all the code thing and if other people can use your codes

Thanks I will wait on it then. I would hate to send out the codes and be screwed later. I didn't spend enough on PoE 1 to get the free code

Just make sure it says you have early access activated and PoE 2 listed in your Steam game Library (grayed out for now) before giving away your other keys. :)
