Settler's mining portal bugged on vertical maps

The Settlers' portal when mining ores appears in the most vertical relevant area when mining close to the edge of said vertical area, such as on Ramparts (imaged).

This actually caused the NPC to bug out and the game to drop 50-60 FPS until he eventually made it down to mine the ore.
