Glace has no CD on icenova trigger?

So I'm not 100% sure what happened but I think it's clear that Glace was able to trigger multiple ice novas in one melee hit.

Not sure if it's due to Essence of Zeal or not but it seems he triggers one ice nova per animated weapon he hits.
