Regional Pricing removed from Steam?!

I was saving up for the price on steam but now the regional price was gone. It will take my twice the time to save up.... Please help GGG. My friends got to buy the early access at regional price. Feeling kinda cheated and unfair

+1 would buy this for myself and friend if regional pricing wasn't removed in south Africa, it's just too much
