Regional prices in latin american countries for POE 2 supporter pack

Hey, I was thinking of buying the ea on Steam with the regional price but today I realized that the prices in Latin America increased, I currently live in Chile a few countries from Brazil (which has a regional price here on the POE page) is there any Is it possible that Chile and other Latin American countries will benefit from this?
