Problem with Ultimatum and Sanctum in POE2

I thought idea behind atlas is that u can do any content u want. But new trials are exception of this concept. U locked jewels, vaal orbs and some of new runes behind this content and i have to do it more then i want to get these items. What is different about Ultimatum and Sanctum? It's very specific type of gameplay, that is separated from other activities in game. Breaches, delirium, essences, expeditions are all appear seamlessly on your maps, when these two are almost other game modes with specific rules, set in their locations. Sanctum is especially different. Please, at least free Jewels and make them available somewhere else, like u did with league drops in poe 1.

Also. Why Expedition only has 1 boss? What a downgrade of my favourite league?

Or just farm currency in your favourite endgame and buy them. doesnt seem like a big problem to me tbh.

I don't like to do Lab runs on POE1 too but I had to do it every league, just saying. Its a matter of perspective. If there hadn't been an ultimatum and sanctum league and they implemented it in poe 2 fresh, you wouldn't be complaining.
