(poe 1) Misleading map mod description

"Players have 20/30/40% reduced Chance to Block" uses the terminology for subtractive numerical interactions, "reduced". This can be misinterpreted as -20/30/40 flat block as a subtraction whereas the actual in-game effect is very close if not identical to being a "less" chance to block modifier.

The block bonuses on your character also are denoted additively with a plus sign or other flat values. Which means this modifier is most likely technically accurate but, also most likely misleading.
