Immortal mob bugged into 3.25 league mechanic object?

I can't complete the Fetid pool mission , as one Meatwail(rare skeleton boar) is bugged in the center of the red pillar ( from the mechanic with red flowers around it that spawn mobs that gives you the ore ). It doesn't take any damage as I can't hit it .
