Shock Nova Automaton Effect

Add Shock Nova Automaton Effect, the two effects that currently exist for Shock Nova are honestly ridiculous, one is exactly the same thing as the original and the other is very ugly. An Automaton effect having the base as the original and not creating something as ugly as "Rift Worm" effect.

GGG only caters to their beloved league sheep and whales, majority of whom treat Standard like it doesn't exist. Not everyone enjoys temp leagues.
