the light of the meaning jewel will not socket

The jewel slot is active i can take other jewels and socket them, but there are no jewel sockets i can put the light of the meaning jewel in on my tree.

Then you already have a jewel named "The Light of Meaning" socketed somewhere in your tree.

Even if the effect the jewels grant to Passives in their Radius is different, you cannot have two "The Light of Meaning" jewels socketed because they are "Limited to: 1".
