How to download POE2 in locked region?

Hi,

I am unable to redeem the steam key to get poe2 on steam as it is region locked for me (playing in Hong Kong).

There also is no option to download POE2 on the POE website, only POE1.

Will POE2 be available for download on the website eventually?

Hey there - Try the Epic Game store instead. It's a free game, so you can change your region there, and you will be able to find the game.

And yes, you will be able to download/play the game using the poe client (without using steam or Epic Game).

There seem to be a China dedicated client though (within the GFW). I guess that would accelerate ping and reduce lag?

I assume that you ll be able to access/download whatever client you want since you are in HK.
