Add a panic button exit-and-bug-report

From time to time my PoE graphics corrupt.
The experience of using alt-f4 to quit gave me an idea that PoE could offer the fast quitting along with telemetry to show the game had a problem and what was happening at the time. Maybe alt-f5?
