Betrayal leaders not giving the correct exp for the safehouse when executed

When using the betrayal scarab of intelligence and you execute a leader of a syndicate safehouse they are listed as giving 40intel per round for 3 rounds. Once the member is bought to the bottom and executed they are listed as only giving 8intel per round for 3 rounds. This isnt a visual bug and the listed intelligence is given per round instead of the intended 40.
