Water Elemental Weapon Effect shakes violently

Hiii, just bought this effect, unfortunately it seems entirely broken on bows, shields, and probably more. EDIT: Upon further examination it appears to behave this way on any skin with big enough surface.


Can you please fix it otherwise I will probably need to have it refunded :/
